Shipping?

For most products: tracked shipping only.
Some products may offer standard shipping by default which is untracked / uninsured.
In this case you can choose tracked shipping in the options of the product.

Tracked shipping?

• a tracking code will be provided and shipping is insured
• be aware that some destination countries do not offer continous tracking on their side
• if the pack hasn't arrived after a reasonable time - the issue will be reported to the shipping company to investigate and refund

Shipping duration?

Usually 1-3 weeks.
Depending on destination it can take even longer.
Usually slow:  Indonesia, Mexico, Brazil, Russia, Canada, Australia.
Usually fast: Japan, central Europe
